  Ghettowiring on the new FIU public safety repeater  This kinda crap bugs me. See, you pay Motorola good money to buy a **NEW** radio system... and their installer comes out and slaps on all sorts of parts that just happened to be lying around at the bottom of their truck, selling them to you as NEW. This is the power supply for that repeater.   The radio for the public safety repeater.   More ghetto... grounding. This is Motorola's. Not ours.
