First matter of business... drilling a concrete structural beam inside the mechanical room to anchor one of the guy wires. Incidentally, to any of you who want to say silly things about the 'orbs' -- they're concrete dust, and perhaps a bit of that spray-on firestopping that kinda scares me. (I have no clue what the Farkle that stuff is made of.)
