  My, but how voluminous the mailings once were.  Julie shows off her enraged, bashing things to death with LART-sticks side.  Why the heck did I name the dog "Incubus"? This still haunts me to this day.   I'm sure this is based on a true story.   This is REALLY based on a true story.  Probably my favorite, artwork-wise, out of the whole bunch. However, my depiction of Nextel as functional is NO LONGER ACCURATE. It may have been back when I drew this, but NOT NOW! They have fallen to the DARK SIDE of wireless! "Nextel - It's how business gets F[nord]ed."  I distinctly remember doing this shading with a smudge tool in Adobe PhotoDeluxe. My, but I was a glutton for punishment. I mean, this was Photo-friggin-Deluxe. I remember the 1.x versions being awesome, though, and the 2.x versions being horribly useless and bloated. I also used Aldus Photostyler, which later went on to become Adobe Photoshop 1.0. Some of the early Blue Neon strips are colored in Photostyler too.
